Someje is a versatile singer-songwriter, recording and performing artist, whose voice captivates audiences worldwide with her mesmerizing blend of blues, soul, jazz, indie, gospel and contemporary genres.
Someje loved music from an early age, was raised on the rich sounds of instrumental jazz,
soulful melodies and heartfelt hymns of gospel greats. She quickly developed an appreciation
for these genres emotive storytelling, improvisational flair, class and spiritual connections.

Drawing inspiration from her diverse musical influences, Someje has embarked on her own
musical journey, that began in 2018 with her debut holiday single “It is time for Christmas”.
Consequently, she has released four more singles including a children’s song that was written in contribution to her local community’s “Sing it Edmonton” kids project.
